PAT'S REVIEW
Tucker has left the Army Rangers and also Washington D.C. behind on his motorcycle he decides to head for Eternity Springs where his cousins are at. Along the way, he passes a woman walking on the side of the road. Gillian Archer normally has everything planned out. She did not plan to get into an argument with her fiancé this morning, nor hit the pecan tree, or be walking who knows where when she hears a motorcycle engine thinking that it is someone who has just gotten out of Huntsville prison, tattooed and has not been with a woman in over twenty years. Surprised when she sees the person who later is Tucker. She also should not be so happy that she is sitting on the back of the bike with him. Weeks later having made up with her fiancé she is back to weddings and getting ready for her own. Still having some issues with her fiancé, she plods along. That is even after he ditched her at the New Years' dance. One afternoon crossing the street back to her shop she notices that the building she was planning on buying after her wedding now looks occupied and also has a flag stating “Let’s get Grubby”. Well, she gets upset, and when she finds out that her fiancé Jeremy was in on the sell their wedding is off. Tucker and his wilderness school opens and even helps her at one time in the book. Both of the main characters are trying to find their place and each one is off with the other. Tucker is determined to be with Gillian will she be able to overcome her fears and self-debut. Read this very good book with heartfelt moments at times along with fun times. Very good characters all the way around. Very much worth the read. I received this book from Netgalley.com I gave it 5 stars. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com |
