MY REVIEW:
This book has it all. The overly ambitious alpha male with the
golden heart. A strong, giving, and
gorgeous woman who has been hurt. When
you suffer from PTSD you can't walk away without being marked by the things you
did to serve the country. But the price
she pays when she gets home is far worse.
Ty Winters had seen her the first time on
New Year's Eve at the fight. It had been
love at first sight. Things weren't
aligned for them. Tonight, when he sees
her again, he can't take his eyes off her.
She may be married he considers that but has to find out. Because she did walk in with someone, but he
had to meet her anyway.
Turns out Simone Travers is not married
and she is without a date. They talk,
they dance, and they kiss. Then, puff! Cinderella is gone. Six months Ty pines over this woman. You see she was not any woman the reason she
fled is that she is part of the Travers Winters original ownership before they
split due to bad blood. Although, she
was never part of that like he wasn't.
He was angry she wasn't forthcoming that she was a Travers.
Now, at the beach, at a surf contest of
all places. Where is watching a friend,
he sees her coming out of the surf with aboard.
Being that it is a charity event for Vets he puts two and two
together. Yet, he is still angry. So, he
storms her tent.

Simone. See if Ty can be the balm that
heals her heart. See if Simone can be
the woman that gives him the love and peace, he sees Chance and Shane
