Have you ever wanted to punch someone?
I have and the person I wanted to punch is Malcolm Garcia, my ex-fiancé.
Two years ago, our relationship fell apart and now on Christmas Day, I'm forcefully reunited with the man that had crushed my heart into the dust.
I've imagined so many different scenarios of what I'd say or do when I saw him. Sometimes, I'd imagine punching him and fulfilling that goal on my bucket list and other times I imagined simply ignoring him because he wasn't worth my attention.
What I didn't imagine was kissing him under the mistletoe while our family cheered us on and that's exactly what happened.
But do you know what the worst part is?
I liked it.
MY REVIEW:
Falling in love with the most popular guy
at her school was easy because she had always had a crush anyway. He picked her even without the girliness, no
makeup, and tomboyish ways. They had known each other since forever their moms
being best friends.
Turns out he had a crush on her for a long
time too. Being a year older he could be
obnoxious. But he was good for keeping
the weird guys away. Never noticing she
had not had a boyfriend the first few years of high school because he was
scaring them all away.
After college they dated became engaged
and two weeks before the wedding a damning link killed those plans. Now, two years later Bella's mom gathers everyone
for Christmas, Surprise! Of course, not
tell her or Malcolm the other would be there.
Love the engaging characters. Fast-moving and fun bantering. With HEA.
