| A very good cookbook that the author has given recipes that he makes as well as some from his family which I thought was a nice touch. All are homemade which the author gives you instructions to follow, which I found these to be easy to read and to understand. The e-book I had or arc did not have any pictures which was a downer but I am sure the hard copy does. Overall an outstanding cookbook and I could really understand afterward how and why he won the baking competition. A good book for any home baker for their own collection. |
