PAT'S REVIEW
An interesting story about a girl Mira who leaves here small town in Wyoming for the big city if New York. Before she leaves though she tells her then-boyfriend Bowie Matthews that he won’t amount to much being a lawn boy who does not even charge half of his customers. Then she was gone. Ten years later she is back after being kicked out by her lawyer boyfriend and the only place she could go is back home. She finds out that things are different since she has left. She is told she must get a job, Bowie now owns most of the town and surrounding county, and what really pisses her off is when she finds out that he owns her parents’ home. She does not know the reason behind it and it is not for her reason of getting back at her, no it’s because of them and others, but mostly they were there for him when his mother died. Now finding a job with a friend she also finds out that she must tread lightly especially around Bowie because she caused him a lot of pain and he has a lot of friends. She must find out what has happened since she was gone, and also prove to him and everyone else that she is staying. A good story with good characters.
