PAT'S REVIEW
This book has two stories in it. The first being Holly who gets a call at two in the morning from her boss wants her to pick him up at a bar. Raining and stormy it is only worse when he is inside her car listening to her vent about not having a life because of him. When getting to his home and having to spend the weekend together turns into what Holly had always wanted. She hopes for the best, but is thrown for a loop once Monday comes around and work is back in order. After two weeks of feeling worse than ever, Stephen who does not believe in love or marriage is thrown a curve ball because she is not in work and no one knows where she is. Now he must decide on sanity or business. A good story. The second story is about a caterer Cassie who has millionaire Adam Lawrence running circles around himself and others because she drives him crazy and does not act like everyone else and think that he is the end all be all. The end of this story is very funny and makes up for the moments that this story drags at times. Overall a good book, I liked the first story better than the second, but both are fast reads. I received this book from Netgalley.com I gave it 4 stars. Follow us at www.1rad-readerreviews.com |
