Sam Mendes who was in the Army after a bad childhood. Has now made it home after touring when people found out about his skill as a horse whisper. During this time while on tour he also had a horrible break up and now feels he does not deserve another chance at romance. Same is asked to work with a horse at a ranch and it is owned by the biggest rancher around, but the owner of the horse and the rest of the horses is Mia Ford. Sam is taken away by her beauty and the way she rides and cares for her animals. She is taken by him as well. They agree to work together and the more they work, the more they fall for each other. That is until Sam says he cannot do relationships and she tells him to leave. Miserable he now must decide what to do and deal with his past to future, or continue to run or ride away.
