| A wonderful book about cookies whether you have been baking for years or just beginning. The beginning opens with what you need and how to start each recipe with fresh not expired dates. You also get many recipes and you get many useful tips along the way. Her royal icing recipe and the tip of how to use it form a bottle instead of a bag I found helpful. I have been making cookies for years and some of her tips, like don’t use a hot or warm cookie sheet I had to learn on my own. I also found some of her recipes that used molasses reminded me of my grandmother’s when she baked and I must say the flavor is much different. Overall a very good book and very good pictures also there is a recipe for dog treats that I thought was nice. A great book. I got this book from Netgalley.com I gave it 5 stars.
