One-dish is a winning formula for today’s busy families. In 101 One-Dish Dinners, Andrea Chesman shows off the versatility of Dutch ovens, skillets, and casserole pans. Classic baked dishes like ham and potato gratin, chicken potpie, and vegetable lasagne go head-to-head with diverse stovetop suppers like jambalaya, seafood paella, and pad Thai. For those looking for something a little lighter but still filling, there are plenty of meal-in-a-bowl salads and timeless soups. Serve up a nourishing meal tonight with little fuss and fewer dishes!
PAT'S REVIEW
A great cook book for anyone that is on the go and wants to start a meal and have it ready when you get back, or just to put in the oven. Some of the meals reminded me of ones my would make when our three children were still at home and life was an endless drive, drive, drive, for her and needed something quick and filling especially for a teenage boy over 6 feet and I was working. Still some of these recipes are still good today all you need to do is cut down the ingredients and they still work ... I give this: 5 stars. Provided by netgalley.com.
