HUBBY'S REVIEW:
This story begins with the two lead characters meeting in an airport and because of a snowstorm they end up together. Rebecca has been away from her job dealing with a death of a loved one and really had not grieved at all. When she first meets Rex she is attracted to him and he is to her. It works out for them to spend the night together and when she leaves in the morning she is not really expecting to see him again even though he is going to the same town. When she gets back to work she is surprised by the changes and the people that have been let go. She also must get used to a new chief and lo and behold it is Rex. Upset about a lot of changes she does not want to talk to him. He is surprised to see her as well but she does not want anything to do with him. He now needs to fix things somehow if he wants to have any type of future with her. That is what really makes the story. There are some adult scenes but they do not over take the book.
