well with the draft still going on the OSU now has had 5 players taken in the first 20 picks. thought maybe the Jets would have taken Lynch, but went with LB good move.
ReplyDeleteBack on April 19 former baseball pitcher Milt Pappas, died. He won over 2oo games but what he is really known for is being traded for Hall of Famer Frank Robinson which is considered one of the most lopsided trades in the history of baseball. At the time of the trade Robinson had turned 30 and Pappas younger was twice an all-star and at the looked good. Pappas would go on to win 99 games in the NL one short of being on the list to have won 100 in both leagues. Robinson first year in Baltimore would win the triple crown along with the MVP. He would go on to play in 3 world series with Baltimore and the rest as they say is history. Pappas did throw a no hitter in 72.
ReplyDeletethe hockey playoff games have been exciting even though the Kings are out. surprised by them and Blackhawks, and Ducks. shows you anything can and will happen.
ReplyDeletenow onto the NBA and the talk of Steph Curry being hurt, but they are still winning right now and they just need to take care until he gets back. its not as bad as the clippers who after one player breaks his hand others say the cant play.
ReplyDeletewell before i sign off the Broncos got their QB Lynch, a big guy at 6'6'' see how it works out for them.
