Madison Foley is determined to stand on her own two feet, no matter how wobbly her circumstances. Fate, however, keeps throwing her off balance, and then sending heroically hot paramedic Hunter Knox to save her.
She’s put men on the back burner until she gets her life on track.
But Hunter’s got other plans.
Decisions. Decisions.

MY REIVEW:
Hunter Knox, 27, has something to prove to
himself as well as his family. You see
at 18 he made a rash decision that cost him more than an education. Thanks to his sister she gave him a place to
focus his energy until he could reach his goal for himself.
Some thought Hunter had a god complex in
which he felt a need to be a savior or rescuer.
Yet, he didn’t see it that way he just liked to help people in
need. Coming from a family of doctors it
was just a natural calling. So, until he
could make it happen his sister suggested EMT which he had been doing for seven
years now. All that time he had been
getting a medical degree. His next step
medical school. Now he needed to clear out any distractions.
So, on New Year’s Eve when he and Beau
Montgomery were called out to a roadside delivery of, 22, year old. Madison
Foley, he was so surprised he felt such an overwhelming connection to her and
her newborn. He helped deliver her right
there and she named her Joy. Yet, he did
feel such and overwhelming connection for sure.
Madison was one of the most beautiful women he had ever met and one in
so much need of help and in so much fear.
You see she delivered 3 weeks early and the baby daddy was out of the
picture. No family, no friends, and no
one to help.
When he got her set up at the hospital she
looked like a deer in a headlight and asked him to stay. He was still on shift so that was out of the
question. By the time he came back to
check on her the next day she had been released. He felt really bad but there was nothing he
could do. But a month later Madison
passed out at a drugstore from being extremely tired and dehydrated. Hunter heard about it from Beau that one of
the other EMT’s had taken the call.
After his shift he went to find her.
Then both their emotional roller coasters started. I give this 5 stars. Provided by netgalley.com. Follow us at: www.1rad-readerreviews.com.
