1.) The L.A. Kings became the 4th team in NHL history to
come back down 0-3 to win the series.
4-3 Quick the goalie for L.A. went from giving up 5 goals in each of the
first three games, to one goal in each of the next four games. Now the first ever Kings-Ducks Playoff.

2.) Quarterback
Earl Morrall Died last week, the guy who saved Miami’s undefeated season. When Griese went down after a few games with
a broken ankle he came in and guided them all the way through the rest of the
season and to the AFC Championship game.
To be replaced later by Griese again when they were trailing the
Steelers. Without him they would not
have finished 17-0 that year.
3.) The Bulls were
sent home by the Wizards and Pacers are looking like they will be the next ones
to be gone along with their coach.

well Indiana beat the Hawks to tie it at 3 to 3. and it looks like OKC is going to win tonight as well. to tie that series at 3 games each. Durant has 36 points tonight to lead the way.
ReplyDeletein hockey Boston scored 3 goals in the third period to send that game into overtime. i was also surprised last night that the wild came from behind to defeat Colorado to win that series.
ReplyDeleteif Johnny Manziel, is supposed to be such a bad quarterback why is ESPN always doing a segment on him. i heard that today on the radio and i agreed with the statement. it seems like they are always talking about him and know one else. i still think Sammy Watkins is going to be a big time star and if he goes to Cleveland at # 4 they then should trade their pick @ # 26 to Washington to get Cousins, since their head coach was Washington offensive coordinator and Washington does not have a pick in the first round. just a thought.
ReplyDeletethe football draft is 10 days away and i hope the packers can get a safety in the first round. just will have to wait and see. also looking forward to the Kings and the Ducks playoff game, hoping that the Kings can stay hot with Quick and the good defensive play that set up scoring opportunities.
