MY REVIEW:
Lucy and Danny have known each other since
grade school. They basically had this
hate you in public like you in private mentality due to the fact that he was
her brother Lucas’ friend. One day he
took it too far.
He told Lucy, “Lucy, none of the boys like
you! You’ll never get a date with anyone… You’re just not pretty enough.” That just crushed her. It really hurt her a lot. Her brother kicked his ass after spending the
whole night trying to stop her from crying.
Like a dog with his tail between his legs
he brought her flowers to say he was sorry and that he liked her. Now here they are 16 years later Danny is the
lead singer of their Rock Band that is hotter than hell, Lucas is the drummer. Danny always seen in the Tabloids with super
models or playboy bunnies so he could never see anything in her, being a plus
size. Wrong, he does, and he writes a
song.
I know this is a short but it had all the
elements that you look for in a love story.
As well as a well-developed characters.
Solutions to the dilemmas were handled well too.
I
give this 4 stars only because it was too short. Wanted more. J
